Welcome to DayHop. By using dayhop.onrender.com or any DayHop service, you agree to these terms.
1. What DayHop is
DayHop turns a description of your day into a suggested itinerary of real venues, events, and activities, informed by live weather and venue data. It's a planning aid — the plans are suggestions, not bookings.
2. AI-generated content
Plans are generated with the help of AI and third-party data. Despite our best efforts, details can be wrong or out of date — always verify opening hours, prices, and availability with the venue before you go. You're responsible for your own decisions, safety, and supervision of children during any outing DayHop suggests.
3. Accounts
You can use DayHop without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 to create an account.
4. Free tier and DayHop Pro
The free tier includes daily limits on plan generation, re-planning, and saved plans; limits are shown in the app and may change. DayHop Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime, and Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Bookings and third parties
Booking links take you to third-party providers (such as Viator, Ticketmaster, or the venue itself). Your purchase is with them, under their terms. Some links are affiliate links — we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
6. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, reverse-engineering, attempting to bypass usage limits or payment, submitting unlawful content, or interfering with other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Your content
You own the prompts you write and the plans you save. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display them back to you (and to people you share a plan link with).
8. Disclaimers and liability
DayHop is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayHop and its creators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for events at venues we suggest. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the effective date above will change and continued use means acceptance. If a change is significant, we'll make it visible in the app.
