Privacy Policy

Effective July 16, 2026

DayHop ("we", "us") is a day-planning service built in the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the product needs to work, and we don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

Services we rely on

To do their part of the job, these providers process some of the data above: Supabase (accounts and data storage), xAI (plan generation), Stripe (billing), Google (sign-in, Maps and Places data), OpenWeather (weather), and activity partners such as Viator, Ticketmaster, and Eventbrite (event and booking data). Venue photos may load from Unsplash. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

Affiliate links

Some booking links (for example, to Viator) are affiliate links — if you book, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes which places we recommend.

Your choices

Data retention & security

Saved plans and account data are kept while your account is active, and deleted on request. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls in place.

Children

DayHop helps adults plan family days out; it isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes & contact

We'll update this page if our practices change, and note the new effective date above. Questions or deletion requests: zokaamazon@gmail.com.
